In partnership with our Taiwan Distributor La Creacion, Patissier By Aalst Chocolate conducted a Hands-On Demonstration in Taiwan on 4th and 5th October 2021.
Our Guest Chef, Chef Jen conducted the masterclass and share his knowledge and techniques in handling chocolates. Chef Jen is currently an owner of one high-profile bakery in Taiwan.
Over 14 Chefs from different hotels in Taiwan came together for this class - a rare opportunity for them to work together! They also got to spend two exhilarating days creating their own Pâtissier desserts while learning the versatility of our Patissier chocolate ingredients! We are looking forward to see how the class inspires our students to create their own signature desserts!
