  • Define regional industrial business development strategy on target segment, potential partners, market trends and new geographic markets.

  • Manage key accounts and build communication teamwork across global regions and global customers.

  • Prepare, analyses and provide monthly reports to the HOD, highlighting key factors to penetrate new markets and seek ways to enhance revenue and profit performance.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relations.



  • Execute new product development by benchmarking or product matching based on customer’s request.

  • Develop new products that are cost-efficient and might boost sales.

  • Provide support to sales in technical-related problems and enquiries.

  • Initiate product quality improvement to support Quality Assurance department regarding product complaints.

  • Assist in developing and improving systems within the department that may increase efficiency.


The Production Associate has the vital task of ensuring quality control of the items being manufactured. This includes being knowledgeable in the specifics, such as the size, details and functions of the items made, and observing the finished products to verify that they meet all the standards. If an issue continuous to arise in the quality or usability of the end product, the Production Associate must identify whether it is due to faulty equipment or human error and address the cause. You work on roster rotation of 12 hours a day, 3 to 4 working days a week (44 hours per week) including weekends and public holidays. You must be an Inspiring individual who is entrepreneurial and is game for constant improvement and generating new ideas. Job rotations will give you a deeper understanding and hands-on experience in the different functions within the businesses.


  • Attends to production technical issues to ensure overall smooth production processes.

  • Coordinates with Production Planner to ensure raw and packaging materials replenishment.

  • Works closely with the Engineering and product development departments to transit new processes/technology transfer into production line on time.

  • Participates actively in various audits and ensure corrective activities are executed promptly.


  • Work on product development, better the present production concepts and formulate new recipes to cater to different demands of the company.

  • Execute product presentations and samplings.

  • Refine and improve existing menu item recipes and processes.

  • Test product rollout training, quality control, and measurement.

  • Support marketing with menu item descriptions and food production and styling for photoshoots.

  • Train the production team on the preparation of the new items.


  • Liaise and deal with requests from all other departments within organisation, for minor repairs.

  • Liaise with external contractors for repair/servicing work.

  • Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities.

  • Responsible for breakdown repair, servicing work and progress monitoring.

  • Evaluate and provide fast resolution to field performance issues.


  • Responsible for electrical troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Electrical & Instrumentation facilities, power distribution system/ switchgears, including subpanels.

  • Responsible to Reactively & Preventively Maintain (RM/ PM) all electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and process automation related equipment including HVAC, air compressor, chillers, etc.

  • Set up and maintain equipment tag register, SOPs/ work instructions and competency training of all M&E personnel.
