OPENINGS

Regional Business Development Manager (Industrial) and (Food Service)

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define regional industrial business development strategy on target segment, potential partners, market trends and new geographic markets.

  • Manage new business development programs through direct contact with customers.

  • Manage key accounts and build communication teamwork across global regions and global customers.

  • Establish strong relationship with internal and external customers.

  • Manage new product launches by defining Marketing Operational Plan.

  • Assist the sales team by providing support, guidance and appropriate tools such as training and technical bulletins.

  • Direct and coordinate inter-departmental activities with regards to production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.

  • Produce Sales and Activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity in assisting cost reduction and program improvement.

  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.

  • Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions: coordinating with other department heads as required.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales budget.

  • Prepare, analyze and provide monthly reports to the Management, highlighting key factors to penetrate new markets and seek ways to enhance revenue and profit performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Confectionery, Fats and Cocoa industry preferred. 

  • Frequent travelling is required, 50%

  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skill.

  • Good track record of business in the region.
