Pâtissier is ecstatic to be presented at Bakery China 2018 on the 9th – 12th May held in Shanghai at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
Bakery China, being one of the leading event in Asia Pacific, focuses on the value chain for bakery and confectionery market and Aalst Chocolate takes pride in being part of it.
At the exhibition, our Corporate Chef, Mr Kevin Xue together with his team of chefs based in Shanghai, used our premium range of chocolate and demonstrated several applications and six recipes throughtout the show days. We received great interest and positive feedback from the exhibition guests as they were able to taste our samples and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolates.
