Jacques Poulain, our Corporate Chef & Vice President of Pâtissier did 2 demonstrations in Taiwan to showcase our Pâtissier range ; one in Taichung (23rd August 2016) and the other in Kaohsiung (25th August 2016 ) with our local distributor La Creacion Co. Ltd.
The turnout for each session was overwhelming as we welcomed over 70 guests from the different food scenes in Taiwan from chef, owners of pastry shops to chain bakeries to restaurants and even hoteliers,
During the demonstrations, Chef Jacques created 7 different yet beautiful dessert for the guests who were able to taste the quality of Pâtissier chocolate in every bite. This further highlights that Pâtissier are perfect for chefs who need to customise different flavours and specific textures for their chocolate creations.
