In collaboration with our distributor Angliss Shenzhen Food Service Limited, Aalst Chocolate launched our range of Pâtissier products in Shenzhen, China last week (10 August 2016). Pâtissier is a premium food service range that offers chefs and gourmet artisans the power to inspire and delight even the most demanding food lover.
Jacques Poulain, our Corporate Chef & Vice President of Pâtissier was there to do a demonstration for the invited media and press. Spreading his love for chocolate, Chef Jacques incorporated Pâtissier chocolates into desserts, bakery products and even beverages during the launch; proving that the range is a one-stop solution for the food service industry. Additionally, Chef Jacques also gave an insightful lesson on the difference between Artisan Couverture, Artisan Chocolate, Gourmand Compound and their different applications.
