Introduction of Chef Jen
Chef Jen has more than 30 years of experience in the bakery industry and has been to France to learn baking skill that allows Chef Jen to have a good knowledge of the western-style baking skill.
Chef Jen was the Chef Pâtissier Exécutif in Hilton, Taipei & Nanjing, and also in Ambassador Hotel, leading the professional team to bring extraordinary foods to the guests. Currently, Chef Jen is the owner of one high-profile bakery in Taiwan.
