Pâtissier February Masterclass in Singapore


Pâtissier conducted a 2-Days Masterclass from 4 to 5 February 2020 at Aalst Chocolate Academy.. Our Pâtissier Chef David Landriot conducted the masterclass and share his knowledge and techniques in handling chocolates.


Over 10 chefs from different establishment and countries came to the class - this was a rare opportunity for them to work together! It was the pleasure to have them all here in Aalst Academy with us. We are looking forward to see how the class inspires our students to create their own signature entremets & petits gateaux!
