Pâtissier Training For Radisson Hotel (China)

In collaboration with our China distributor, Classic Fine Foods, Pâtissier conducted a 2 Days Training for chefs from Radisson Hotel in Shanghai,China on 12 and 13 December 2019.

Pâtissier Executive Pastry Chef, Chef David Landriot gave an interactive in-kitchen training while showing innovative and refined chocolate techniques to create contemporary desserts.


The team was also able to utilize their new knowledge and skills by presenting a high-tea buffett on 13 December 2019.

We hope that this interactive training was as an insightful and enriching experience for them!
