In collaboration with our China distributor, Classic Fine Foods, Pâtissier conducted a 1 Day Training for chefs from Westin Hotels & Resort in Shanghai,China on 18 September 2019.
During this training, Pâtissier Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong gave an insightful lesson on the difference between Artisan Couverture, Artisan Chocolate, Gourmand Compound and their different applications in creating the perfect bonbons. Chefs were also given the opportunity to do some hands-on creation with the guidance of Chef Ian Wong.
