Our Vice President of Food Service and Corporate Chef, Chef Jacques Poulain and our Guest Pastry Chef, M.O.F Chef Nasserdine Mendi flew to Russia to conduct demonstrations with our local distributor AROSA on 27 October 2018 to 2 November 2018.
Our chefs showed unique yet innovative techniques to create their signature chocolate desserts in four different cities. Guests were also able to taste the creations and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolate, We hope that these demonstrations were able to bring more awareness to our brand in Russia.
