In collaboration with our Philippines Pâtissier distributor Commodity Quest, Inc, ,Aalst Chocolate showcased our range of Pâtissier products in the Bakery Fair 2017 at World Trade Center Metro Manila from 17 to 19 February 2017.
Our Assistant Corporate Chef Ian Wong flew to Philippines and supported the local team to create beautiful and delicate chocolate creations for the exhibition. Additionally, Chef Ian did a demonstration of our Chocolate Blossom recipe on the main stage and guests were able to learn how to apply Pâtissier chocolate into desserts during the event.
It was a successful show to increase awareness and stimulate interest of our product range in Philippines and we hope to continue our strong partnership with Commodity Quest. Inc.
