Success at Food and Hotel Asia 2016

Aalst Chocolate is proud to participate in the Food and Hotel Asia 2016 (FHA2016), Asia’s leading international food and hospitality trade show, held from 12 to 15 April at the Singapore Expo.

During the exhibition, we showcased our range of chocolate products under our five specialised brands namely, Aalst Industrial, Cacao Ivory, Pâtissier, Aalst Home and Louella; catering to the industrial, food service and consumer market.

To commemorate the event, our Corporate Chef Mr. Jacques Poulain, who is also the Vice President of Business Development for our Food Service brand, Pâtissier specially created nine recipes using our fine range of chocolates.

Visitors were able to interact with our committed and experienced team, catch our live chocolate demonstration and taste our chocolates before and after applying into the recipes. Selected few are also invited to our private Louella Room for a one-to-one pralines tasting session.

Once again, we thank all visitors for investing time to grace our booth with your presence, making our exhibition at FHA2016 a great success.
