We were proud to participate in the Food and Hotel Asia 2022 (FHA F&B 2022), Asia’s leading international food and hospitality trade show, held from 5th to 8th September at the Singapore Expo. FHA F&B 2022 is the largest international food and beverage showcase and the world’s leading foodservice and hospitality event in Asia, with over 80,000 visitors from APAC in its last exhibition in 2018 before the pandemic hit. With an opportunity to finally network in-person in this large-scale trade show, Pâtissier Chocolate was presented alongside with the other Gourmet Chocolate Brands under ONE Cargill umbrella from Asia and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
During the exhibition, we showcased our new Pâtissier Product range from Sol to Carmelo Chocolatier Couverture and also Coloured Cocoa Butter and Compound Range.
To commemorate the event, we invited Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) Chef Bruno Pastorelli, our Pâtissier Chocolate Chef Team - Pastry Chef Gerald Maridet, Pastry Chef Ian Wong, Pastry Chef Abdellah Tougda, Pastry Chef Elaine Young and Chef Assistant Tan Su Tian to specially created fifteen recipes using our fine range of chocolates. Visitors were able to interact with our committed and experienced team, catch our live chocolate demonstration and taste our chocolates before and after applying into the recipes.
