Since we began in 1997, our love of fine foods has driven every aspect of the company’s development. From our foundation as one of the country’s only specialists in cheese. We have sourced our range of foods from Europe, the Far East, Australia, South America, North America, and India, priding ourselves on our ability to seek out the finest products globally. Our suppliers range from giant enterprises like Arla in Denmark and Zanetti S.p.A. in Italy to smaller suppliers like Casanova, Theo Bauwens and D’Autore. On a local level, they include GCMMF Ltd. – the largest milk cooperative in Asia – and small-scale suppliers of gourmet cheeses, charcuterie, and processed meats.

The International Food & Hospitality Fair is an annual B2B event organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), which is the leading trade promotion body of the Government of India. The 37th edition of the fair happened from 14 to 18 March 2023 was a grand success and attracted global vendors and sourcing professionals from all over the world.
With over 1500 exhibitors from 18+ countries, Pâtissier Chocolate participated in the event, along with our distributor Fortune Gourmet.
The brand engaged with a large number of existing and potential customers, reinforcing its premium identity and support to all the chefs who recognize Pâtissier Chocolate as one of the most premium brands in the Indian market.
