NEUTRAL GLAZE (PAT-GL-NEU)

 

Our Nappage is a highly concentrated Fruit Pectin that stays on your desserts for an hour. Glisten your desserts and preventing oxidation and drying out of fruits.

Composition

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Gelling Agents (E440, E450), Sugar Syrup, Acids (E330, E341), Preservative (E202), Antifoaming (E471)

Special Labelling

May contain traces of Milk, Soy, Tree nuts and Wheat (containing gluten).
