The Pâtissier Artisan Concentrate range provides you with chocolates that have a higher Cocoa Mass and Powder content. The intensity of chocolate is elevated so you can create chocolate desserts with a reduced amount to obtain that flavourful chocolate taste you desire.

54% CONCENTRATE
This Dark 54% Concentrate has a prominent cocoa note that is accompanied with a mild fruity and bittersweet sensation in the aftertaste. It’s thick flowing properties is suitable for bakery use.
