BLUEBERRY FILLING (PAT-FL-BLU)

 

Taste the strong flavour of blueberries! This Blueberry Curd can be used in numerous applications; topping and inserts for cakes, tarts, macarons, chocolate and entremets.

Composition

Glucose-fructose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Fruit Puree (Blueberry), Fruit Concentrate (Blueberry, Apple), Dextrose, Gelling Agent (E440), Acid (E330), Natural Flavourings, Acidity Regulators (E331, E333), Preservative (E202)

May contain traces of Milk, Soy, Tree nuts and Wheat (containing gluten).
