Combining decades of experience in the food & service industry, each and every one them brings passion and dedication to chocolate manufacturing to the fore. 

 

RICHARD LEE

Aalst Chocolate, Founder & CEO.

 

Mr Richard Lee has over 20 years experience in cocoa and chocolate production.

 

Prior to setting up Aalst Chocolate, Richard was the business development director for a leading chocolate manufacturer in Asia and was the country representative for a leading Japanese F&B business in Myanmar.

CONNIE KWAN

Aalst Chocolate, Co-Founder & Managing Director.

 

Miss Connie Kwan has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing and distribution.

 

Prior to setting up Aalst Chocolate, Connie was the Managing Director of Ty Beanie Babies Singapore from 1999 to 2001. In 2001 she founded Foodlever Inc, a company specialising in food ingredients trading, which created the initial distribution platform for Aalst Chocolate.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 

In addition to Richard and Connie, the Aalst Chocolate Board of Directors comprises of individuals with extensive experience in Financial Services and corporate management in South-East Asia and beyond.

 

The Aalst Chocolate Board of Directors oversees the senior management in ensuring the competent and ethical operation of the company and assures the long-term interests of investors. The Board guides and ensures that senior management takes an accountable approach to the business and set standards through upholding of integrity and responsibility.

VIBHAV PANANDIKER

KV Asia, CEO.

 

Mr Vibhav Panandiker has over 23 years of experience spanning South-East Asia, .India, the US and UK.

 

His previous roles include being the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Special Opportunities, Director of Standard Chartered PE, Citibank and Wipro.

 

 

MARK DE VENECIA

KV Asia, Managing Director.

 

Mr Mark de Venecia has 14 years of experience in financial services in Europe, the US and Asia. He is a buyout specialist with an 11 year tenure at Warburg Pincus in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and London.

 

He was previously with Morgan Stanley investment banking in New York and London.
