Pâtissier Chocolate uses 100% cocoa butter in our chocolate range with NO substitution.

Pâtissier Chocolate made a switch of all applicable raw materials – mainly cocoa ingredients (cocoa mass, cocoa powder, cocoa butter) to make sure it is Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified.

  • Artisan Chocolate range (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder)
  • Gourmand Compound range (mostly cocoa powder)

The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) based in New York City and Amsterdam, with operations in more than 60 countries. It was founded in 1987 by Daniel Katz, an American environmental activist, who serves as the Chair of the board of directors. Its main work is the provision of environmental certification for sustainability in forestry, agriculture, and tourism. Its certificate seal gives information to consumers about business practices, based on certain standards they set. Find out more at ra.org.
