We have the pleasure of hosting guests from our Japan Pâtissier distributor Classic Fine Foods and their customer All Nippon Airways during 18 to 21 November 2019 in Singapore.
We brought the group to Batu Pahat Cocoa Farms and JB Cocoa on 20 November 2019. This day trip allowed the group to see how cocoa pods and beans are harvested and also the grinding processes.
Our Pâtissier Executive Chef, Chef David Landriot gave an insightful lesson on the difference between chocolate and compound and their different application on 21 November 2019 . It was an interactive and enriching enriching experience as we share knowledge with our guests.
