In partnership with our distributor Pastry Pro, Aalst Chocolate showcased our range of Pâtissier products in Food and Hotel Malaysia which was held from 24th to 27th September 2019 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) , Malaysia.
Our Pâtissier Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong flew to Malaysia and create beautiful and delicate verrines prior to the event. We received great interest and positive feedback from the exhibition guests as they were able to taste our samples and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolates with the introduction made by our sales representatives!
Our Vice President of Food Service (Pâtissier) and Corporate Chef, Chef Jacques Poulain was also part of the honorable judging committee for Culinaire Malaysia 2019 where he was able to share his professional critics.
