Pâtissier conducted a 3-Days Masterclass from 13 to 15 March 2019 at Aalst Chocolate Academy in partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. We invited World Pastry Champion (Lyon, 2001), Chef Michel Willaume to conduct the masterclass and share his knowledge and techniques in handling chocolates.
Over 10 chefs (4 from Shangri-La Group) from different establishment came to the class - this was a rare opportunity for them to work together! It was the pleasure to have them all here in Aalst Academy with us.
