Pâtissier Exclusive Masterclass with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Group in Hong Kong.

Our final Pâtissier "Fall Into Christmas" Masterclass concluded in Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong last weekend! It was a 3-Days Masterclass from 5 to 7 October 2018 conducted by Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) Chef Nasserdine Mendi. It was a rare opportunity for our 7 students work with a M.O.F Chef while learning about Pâtissier Chocolate.
