Pâtissier conducted a 4-Days Masterclass from 1 to 4 October 2018 at Aalst Chocolate Academy in partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. We invited Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) Chef Nasserdine Mendi to conduct the masterclass and share his knowledge and techniques in handling chocolates. Over 13 Shangri-La Chefs from Dubai, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Thailand came together for this class - a rare opportunity for them to work together! It was the pleasure to have them all here in Singapore with us.
