Our Pâtissier Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong conducted a Chocolate Seminar in collaboration with our Malaysia Pâtissier distributor Pastry Pro Sdn Bhd on 14 August 2018. Using our Patissier chocolate ingredients, he showed our guests the versatility and range of applications available using our range.
