Together with our exclusive Indonesia distributor Classic Fine Foods, we launched our range of Pâtissier products in Jakarta & Bali, Indonesia on 8 May and 11 May 2018.
Our Assistant Corporate Chef, Chef Ian Wong and Guest Chef, Chef Gerald Maridet flew to Jakarta & Bali to create beautiful and delicate chocolate creations for the event. While our Vice President of Food Service & Corporate Chef, Chef Jacques gave an in-depth introduction on our Artisan and Gourmand range to invited guests during the launch, guests were also able to taste the creations and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolate from our extensive desset buffet.
