Patissier is proud to participate in the Food and Hotel Asia 2018 (FHA2018), Asia’s leading international food and hospitality trade show, held from 24 to 27 April at the Singapore Expo.
During the exhibition, we showcased our new Pâtissier Product range from Single Origin to Chocolatier to Concentrate to Praline Paste and also Finished Chocolate Decoration Products.
To commemorate the event, we invited Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) Chef Nasserdine Mendi, Chef Gerald A.Maridet and Chef Stephane Vieux to specially created eleven recipes using our fine range of chocolates. Visitors were able to interact with our committed and experienced team, catch our live chocolate demonstration and taste our chocolates before and after applying into the recipes.
