Our Corporate Chef & Vice President of Food Service, Chef Jacques Poulain flew to Moscow, Russia to conduct an informative sales training about our Patissier products for our local distributor AROSA and also our Official Launch on 25 January 2018.
It was exciting for us to venture into a new country and new market!
This sales training highlighted the ongoing bond between Aalst Chocolate and our distributors as we interact and share knowledge which is a key to every successful partnership. We hope that this was an insightful and enriching experience for everyone
During our Official Launch, Chef Jacques Poulain did a demonstration for the invited guests; showing techniques to make ganache, mousse, coating, glazing and lollipops. It was a successful launch as guests were able to taste the creations and be assured of the quality of Pâtissier chocolate while also creating awareness of our brand in Russia.
