We have the pleasure of hosting students from ITE College West for a two-day Pâtissier Chocolate Learning Journey on the 7th and 8th November 2017 in our office.
During this learning, Chef Jacques Poulain gave an introduction lesson on the difference between Artisan Couverture, Artisan Chocolate, Gourmand Compound. Students also managed to try these variants in different desserts and tried tempering through the Tabling Method. We hope that this tour was an insightful and enriching experience for students!
