Pâtissier Chocolate Workshop For KCG Corporation

Jacques Poulain, our Corporate Chef & Vice President of Pâtissier flew to Thailand and conducted a workshop for our local distributor, KCG Corporatioon 17 August 2016.. During this session, Chef Jacques shared the new concept of Pâtissier and the range to the KCG team and gave an insightful lesson on chocolate, the origins of cocoa beans and their different applications. 


This workshop highlighted the ongoing bond between Aalst Chocolate and our distributors as we interact and share knowledge which is a key to every successful partnership.
