Aalst Chocolate at Bakery China 2016

Aalst Chocolate is ecstatic to be presented at The Bakery China 2016 on the 11th – 14th May held in Shanghai at the New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

Bakery China, being one of the leading event in Asia Pacific, focuses on the value chain for bakery and confectionery market and Aalst Chocolate takes pride in being part of it.

At the exhibition, our Corporate Chef Mr. Jacques Poulain, who is also the Vice President of Business Development for our Food Service brand, Pâtissier together with his team of chefs, used our premium range of chocolate and demonstrated several applications and recipes.

Through numeral interactions during the exhibition, we had gained valuable insights to the market and understood the needs of our users, which in turn helped us to develop methodologies and products to serve the industry’s professionals better.

We recognise through updating ourselves continuously to keep up with the industry trends, products and innovations, increasing in-depth support with our partners and users.

Next up, the team will be presenting and supporting our distributor at their booth during THAIFEX 2016, held in Thailand, Bangkok from the 25th – 29th June.
