We are thrilled to announce our recent collaboration with Classic Fine Foods Indonesia! Together, we had the incredible opportunity to host a group of talented chefs from Indonesia at our prestigious Patissier Chocolate Singapore Kitchen Academy for a 3-days, hands-on workshop on 19 to 21 July 2023.
Throughout these inspiring days, our passionate chefs shared their expertise, techniques, and knowledge, making it an enriching experience for all involved. The exchange of culinary traditions and creativity of chocolate usage was simply electrifying!
