Pâtissier Exclusive May Masterclass with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Group in Shanghai, China


In partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, our Guest Pâtissier Chef, Chef Gerald A. Maridet (assisted by Pastry Chef, Chef Ian Wong) conducted an exclusive 3-Days Masterclass from 20 to 22 May 2019 at Wilmar Training Centre .

Over 14 Shangri-La Chefs from different parts of China and Mongolia came together for this class - a rare opportunity for them to work together! They also got to spend three exhilarating days creating their own Pâtissier desserts (hands-on)while learning the versatility of our Patissier chocolate ingredients !
