Our Guest Chef Gerald Maridet flew to Langkawi, Malaysia and conducted a demonstration for our customers on 8 November 2017 in collaboration with our Malaysia Pâtissier distributor Pastry Pro Sdn Bhd.
During this session, Chef Gerald gave an insightful lesson on chocolates and couvertures and shared different methods of chocolate tempering and applications.
